What is a burnout coach? A burnout coach is a stress expert who can educate, and support you to prevent, understand, and recover from burnout. Regaining your health is the main priority, but emphasis is put on building physical, mental and emotional resilience in your nervous system to prevent future recurrences.

A burnout coach assesses where you are currently:

  1. Are you stressed out and your patterns suggest you are on your way to burnout?
  2. Or are you already experiencing symptoms like fatigue, sleep disturbances, and cynicism?
  3. How do you feel about yourself, your relationships, your health, and your career path?

Next, we establish the outcomes you would like from coaching, how would you like your life to look? How would you like to feel? What would you like your health, career and relationships to look like? We help you design a compelling future to look forward to.

Together we co-create a way forward, overcoming obstacles that hold you back, and uncovering the root causes of your self-sabotage.
