Recognising the need for people to be sure they are making the right decision we have different packages for personal affordability and level of research into finding solutions for their stress and burnout. All packages can be face-to-face or online:

Workshops and Webinars

– Stress Workshop

6 Sessions, 1,5 hours each, every two weeks for 12 weeks.

Includes homework exercises and reading to be completed between sessions.

R2500 per person for the full course. (with a minimum of 8 attendees for the course to run)

R3500 deluxe option for an extra 1-hour coaching session 1-1 with Mandy after the Workshop has been completed for personalised clarification of the concepts in your own life.

– Women’s Stress Workshop: Foundation Course:

Did you know that statistics on burnout in women who are stay-at-home moms is just as high as in the corporate world. “Now it’s more talked about than ever before since 93% of mothers admitted to experiencing burnout due to feeling unseen and underappreciated.

Stress in the home can result in irritability and marital discord; health issues such as high blood pressure, sleep disruption, bowel and bladder complaints; disconnection with your children; and a cynical, dissatisfaction with life.

When you understand how your brain, the nervous system, and the intelligence of your  body work together to construct your reality, you can co-create your life in more satisfying and powerful ways. Stress occurs more from our perception of a situation than the situation itself.

For example, How do you handle; economic uncertainty, relationship conflicts, or health concerns, are they obstacles to be avoided or challenges to be embraced? In this workshop You will learn how your nervous system works and how to rewire it, you will gain awareness of your own perceptions and the beliefs and messaging behind them, and you will learn to see how these can empower you or self-sabotage your attempts to live harmoniously and achieve fulfilment in your pursuits.

1: Building Stress Resilience:

 You have two nervous systems competing for dominance. Learn how to switch from fight & flight to calm & logical.

Has the tail been wagging the dog? Understanding how the nervous system controls you so that you can control it.

Emotional agility is the ability to recognise when the Fight and Flight nervous system is dominating and to regulate it back to your more resourceful and rational nervous system. We are all our best selves when we are in a calm, rational state.

 

2: Learn Communication to De-stress situations Rather than Antagonise:

 Calm and control, learning how FBI agents regulate the egos of hostage takers during a heist, can help you deactivate the egos of clients who are upset so you can solve their problem more effectively. Ordering and demanding or respecting and requesting, managing stress in others minimises the stress in you.

Questions that get results vs questions that get your back up, maintaining calmness and agreeableness. Enabling you and your colleagues to work at their best for workplace synergy.

 

3: Conflict resolution:

 Playing the long-game, emotional agility, nervous system resilience, and powerful adaptability does not happen in a day.

Allocating responsibility responsibly, frees you from losing energy to others’ responsibilities.

Are you right, or just less wrong than the last idea? A strategy from the offices of Elon Musk to disengage you from your own up-tightness. Toughening up, it wasn’t about you all along, take the pressure off yourself.

Repairing breaches in confidence. Removing the stress and fear of conflict.
