I am a member of the International Coaching Federation ICF, I have an Honours degree in Psychology, I have 31-years of experience as a physiotherapist, and five years of working specifically with clients facing burnout and stress-related challenges.

What do I need to prepare for our first session?
It can be helpful to reflect on your current challenges and any specific goals you want to achieve. Bringing a journal can also be beneficial for taking notes.
How long does the burnout coaching process typically last?
The coaching process usually lasts from a few weeks to several months, depending on individual needs. Sessions are generally held weekly or bi-weekly.
How is success measured in burnout coaching?
Success is measured through self-assessments, feedback on progress, and the achievement of your personal goals. We’ll regularly check in on your journey together.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you miss a session without prior notice, the session will be charged.
Is our coaching relationship confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy is paramount, any information you share will be treated with respect and in a confidential manner. I will hold what you tell me in confidence and abide by the International Coach Federation code of ethics.
