Hey, I’m Mandy Hoddinott.
In this crazy 21st century life is moving so fast that it is a serious challenge to navigate the changes and almost impossible to keep up no matter how hard we run. So many people are stressed and either on their way to burn out, in the process of burning out, or already exhausted, overwhelmed, and looking for answers to recover from burnout.
I help hard-working professionals who have lost their edge and who feel like they are heading towards burnout to get back on track so they can find their passion, flow and peace-of-mind again.
Having two degrees, one in Physiotherapy (Physical Therapy) and one in Psychology as well as having completed a course through New Ventures West and the UCT Graduate school of Business in Coaching for Development, places me at a unique advantage to connect the physiological control of the nervous system (all those painful, gut -twisting feelings and lack of energy) and relate it to the mental health component of stress and burnout (irritability, cynicism, and sleep issues to name a few).
I am a consummate geek, love to research the most effective strategies for managing stress and burnout and have demystified the process to find answers which turned my life around. I am passionate about working with clients who are ready to learn how to powerfully address the things that drain their energy, and then to rediscover their joie de vivre.
